terms of service
by creating an account or using batchlo, you agree to these terms. batchlo is a product of Skogsdue Studio, registered in the Netherlands (KVK pending).
the service
batchlo is a desktop application for inventory and production management. it connects to Bambu Lab printers via LAN and helps makers track filament, components, orders, and build capacity. the app runs locally on your machine — your production data is not stored on our servers.
accounts
you must provide a valid email address. you are responsible for keeping your password secure.
accounts are personal and non-transferable. one account per person.
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
free trial
new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the solo plan. no payment method required to start.
after 14 days, continued access requires an active subscription.
one free trial per person. creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is not permitted.
subscriptions and payment
subscriptions are billed monthly. pricing is shown at batchlo.com/pricing.
payment is processed by Stripe. we do not store card details.
subscriptions renew automatically. you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
we reserve the right to change pricing. existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.
refunds
if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact hello@batchlo.com and we will issue a full refund. after 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
acceptable use
batchlo is for lawful business use. you may not use batchlo to violate any applicable law or regulation.
you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the batchlo application.
you may not attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement or trial limits.
your data
your production data (products, inventory, orders, print log) is stored locally on your device. we do not access, back up, or process this data. you are responsible for your own backups. see our privacy policy for details on account data.
availability
we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions. because app data is local, a server outage does not affect your existing data.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Skogsdue Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.
governing law
these terms are governed by Dutch law. disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms. material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
