privacy policy
batchlo is a product of Skogsdue Studio, registered in the Netherlands (KVK pending). this policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are under the AVG (GDPR).
who we are

what data we collect
account data
your email address and password (stored encrypted by Supabase). we use this to authenticate you and link your subscription.
subscription data
your plan tier (solo or studio) and trial start date. stored in your account metadata. payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
app data
your products, inventory, orders, print log, and printer settings are stored locally on your device only. this data never leaves your machine and is not accessible to us.
what we do not collect
we have no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication. we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
why we process your data
account access — to let you sign in and use batchlo (contractual necessity).
subscription enforcement — to verify your plan and apply trial or paid access (contractual necessity).
payment processing — processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. we receive confirmation of payment status only.
transactional email — password reset emails sent via Supabase. no marketing emails without explicit consent.
third-party services
Supabase — authentication and account storage. servers in the EU. supabase.com/privacy
Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
how long we keep your data
account data is kept for as long as your account exists. if you delete your account, your email and account metadata are deleted within 30 days. payment records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.
your rights (AVG / GDPR)
you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
you have the right to correct inaccurate data.
you have the right to delete your account and personal data.
you have the right to data portability — we can provide your account data in a machine-readable format on request.
you have the right to object to processing where we rely on legitimate interest.
to exercise any of these rights, email privacy@batchlo.com. we will respond within 30 days.
if you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch data protection authority).
changes to this policy
if we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
